Business Assistant Property Aquisitions Team

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Assistant to support our property acquisitions team through the post exchange phase and beyond. The role ensures every transaction runs smoothly-from managing critical documentation and liaising with agents and property managers to curating professional property presentations for clients. Buyers Agency Experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive deal details immediately after exchange and organise all related documentation

• Create and maintain deal folder (contracts, valuations, inspections, correspondence, etc)

• Book building and pest inspectors promptly, ensure client is copied in and manages payment

• Coordinate with brokers, conveyancers, and property managers post-exchange.

• Send required documents (contracts, rental appraisals) to relevant stakeholders.

• Track and follow up on finance and inspection deadline

• Confirm property management engagement and finance approval before settlement.

• Property research and presentation

• Coordinate with conveyancer contract reviews and summaries for clients.

• Prepare professional property presentation emails-including comparables, valuations, rental, estimates, expenses, and cashflow details.

• Build and maintain a living database

• Support administrative needs for the acquisitions team
