Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for something a little different?

CV Media & Signage delivers high-quality signage solutions for commercial, government and major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from concept through to installation, working closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers to bring projects to life.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of signage projects where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing

• Managing signage projects from sales handover through to completion
• Reviewing project scopes, drawings, specifications and client requirements
• Developing project schedules and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Coordinating design, artwork, manufacturing and installation activities
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Managing project budgets, variations and commercial outcomes
• Attending client meetings and site visits as required
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard

About you

• Previous experience in project management within signage, shopfitting, construction, manufacturing or a related industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and project timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to read and interpret drawings and project documentation
• Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
