Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Mitchell team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver industry leading service by proactively reviewing and monitoring jobs then communicating updates to customers.

• Be responsible for ensuring a timely sequenced site, maintaining appointment bookings to meet and maintain service levels.

• Answer internal and external customer enquiries via multiple methods including face to face, system requests and email

• Support customers with general repair related enquiries throughout their customer experience journey.

• Receive and manage customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• A valid & current Australian Drivers’ license

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise key tasks

• Problem solving

• Complaint handling

• Team player
