Senior Cabinet Maker / All Rounder

Revampt Cabinets is seeking an experienced Senior Cabinet Maker to join us during an exciting stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone confident across all areas of cabinetry — from building to installing — who wants to work closely with the business owners to help shape systems, standards, and the future direction of the company.

About the Role

As a Senior Cabinet Maker, you’ll be hands‑on across the full process: manufacturing, assembly, installation and problem‑solving on all our projects. You’ll also play a key part in refining workshop operations as we continue to build the foundations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble high‑quality cabinetry and custom joinery

• Install kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke projects to a high standard

• Work closely with the business owners to improve systems, workflow and productivity

• Assist with planning, dry‑fits and quality assurance

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members as the team grows

• Maintain strong attention to detail and uphold Revampt’s quality standards

About You

• Trade‑qualified Cabinet Maker

• Confident across both workshop and on‑site installation

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, professional attitude

• Reliable, organised and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a small team and contributing to a positive culture

• Keen to be part of shaping a growing business

• Palette Cad experience an advantage but not essential
