Disability Support Workers

Your Role

You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. Every day is different – and meaningful.

Typical responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and manual handling

• Medication and mealtime support

• Domestic assistance and transport

• Social and community access

• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with people with disability (especially in home or community settings)

• Genuine empathy, patience, and a professional attitude

• Ability to commit to consistent, ongoing shifts

• Flexibility to work across multiple clients and settings

Requirements

We welcome candidates who already hold the following, or are willing to obtain them:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Police Clearance

• Current First Aid Certificate

• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Manual Handling training (desirable)

• Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or similar (desirable)

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

• Full working rights in Australia
