About the Role

We're seeking experienced and ambitious Buyers' Agents to join our Melbourne team. The role is all about creating an exceptional client experience. You'll be trusted to build relationships, understand client strategies and source and secure quality investment properties.

The Duties

The role will include, but is not limited to;

• Manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through their buying journey.

• Build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

• Source, assess and negotiate property acquisitions that meet strict criteria.

• Conduct due diligence, valuations and market analysis.

• Collaborate with Advisors, Property Managers and admin support to deliver a seamless client experience.

Must Have:

• Cert IV in Real Estate Practice / Victorian Agents Rep or RE Licence

• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• Full Australian working rights

• National Police check (obtained by employer prior to commencement)

• Experienced BA with proven track record.

• Excellent communicator and motivated to succeed.

• Passionate about property investment.

• A genuine team player who contributes to a positive culture.

• Ability to analyse data with sound investment judgement

• Confident, proactive and comfortable building agent relationships

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
