Installation Team Leader - Commercial Joinery

We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Installation Team Leader to help drive the continued growth of our site operations!

West Coast Commercial Industries (WCCI) is a Rockingham based company that manufactures and installs Aqualoo Washroom Products for the commercial building industry throughout WA.

We work on all manner of sites, including sporting grounds, factory units, schools and city high-rises.

About the role

In this role, you will:

·         Lead installation crews in the delivery of Washroom Cubicles, Lockers and Seating across commercial construction projects

·         Coordinate day-to-day site activities and support the Installation Manager

·         Oversee workmanship and safety standards across site-based installation work

·         Complete QA checks, manage defect work and assist with site measures

·         Provide clear guidance to team members and subcontractors

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

·         Relevant commercial construction or commercial joinery installation background

·         Proven ability to lead, coordinate and motivate site-based installation teams

·         Reliable, punctual and able to set high standards for workmanship and site conduct

·         Strong eye for detail, with experience completing QA checks, defect rectification and site measures

·         Effective communication skills across phone, email, site meetings and interpersonal interactions

·         Ability to read plans, coordinate installation requirements and identify issues before they impact delivery

·         Experience with ERP software, Microsoft suite and markup/design software

·         Able to work unsupervised and make practical decisions on site

·         Construction White Card

·         Current Driver’s Licence
