We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Store person to join our Archerfield Superstore. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse while delivering outstanding operational outcomes.

As a key member of our Warehousing team, you will play an important role in ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately to support our retail store, customers and institutional partners.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager and National Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring inventory is managed accurately and orders are fulfilled safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

• Receiving and checking inbound stock

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer and store orders

• Managing warehouse stock locations and inventory accuracy

• Conducting cycle counts and supporting stocktakes

• Booking freight through approved transport providers

• Operating warehouse equipment including Walkie Reach Stackers

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

• Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiencies

• Supporting internal stakeholders with stock and warehouse enquiries

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or store person position

• Experience operating a Walkie Reach Stacker

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Full Australian working rights

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Ability to undertake manual handling and physically demanding tasks

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems

• Police Check

• Working With Children Check

Highly Regarded

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Experience within retail, distribution or logistics environments

• Experience with inventory control systems

• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement operational improvements
