Do you love building relationships, championing a mission, and bringing people together aroundsomething that truly matters?Ridley College is seeking a warm and strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our connections with churches, dioceses and ministry organisations and to play a central role in how we raise up the next generation of ministry leaders.This is a varied, people-centred role that blends relationship management, student recruitment and event delivery. You'll be the bridge between Ridley and the wider church community — representing us well, listening deeply, and opening doors for those who are called to study and serve.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnerships & EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with churches, ministry leaders, and partner organisationsRepresent the College at church, diocesan, and ministry eventsDevelop collaborative initiatives and alumni engagementStudent RecruitmentLead recruitment activity and build pathways from partner organisationsEngage prospective students from enquiry through to applicationSupport Open Days and information eventsEvents ManagementPlan and deliver key College events including graduations, public lectures, and partner eventsCoordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event evaluationCommunications & ReportingWork with Marketing to promote partnerships, events, and programsMaintain CRM records and provide reporting on engagement and outcomes
About YouEssential:Experience in partnerships, relationship management or ministry engagementStrong event planning and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilityGenuine alignment with the mission and values of the CollegeDesirable:Experience in theological education or Anglican contextsBackground in recruitment, marketing or community engagementConfidence in public speakingFamiliarity with CRM systems
