CFN Association Inc. is a well-respected disability service provider based in Caboolture, known for our strong culture, values-led approach, and genuine care for both participants and staff for over 23 years.

We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our amazing team, working across our Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Social & Community Day Programs, and out-and-about in Community Access supports.

We offer:
✅ Flexibility across 7 days a week, from 6 AM - 10 PM, including sleepovers.
✅ Opportunities to work in STA, Community Access, and our Social & Community Day Program.
✅ A supportive, people-first workplace just 40km north of Brisbane.

This casual position offers up to 38 hours per week with a variety of shift options to suit your lifestyle and commitments. You’ll support participants in centre-based STA, out in the community, and during engaging social group programs.

You’ll assist with personal care, independent living, and recreational activities, helping individuals live the life they choose, with confidence and dignity.

Shifts Available:
☀️ Mornings | 🌇 Afternoons | 🌃 Evenings
🌙 Sleepovers | 🎉 Weekends (Penalty Rates Apply)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
