Role Overview: As our Chef/All Rounder, you'll wear many hats, from whipping up continental breakfasts to the best roast dinners ever. But that's not all – you'll also lend a hand with minor administrative duties and ensure our accommodation and communal areas are kept immaculate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve continental breakfasts and dinners with precision and passion 20-40 pax

• Cook-to-order requests, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences where required

• Create tantalizing crib lunches, keeping guests fueled for their day

• Assist with minor administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and communal areas

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a small remote camp

• Commercial Cookery Certificate or Similar Training

• Ability to handle a variety of culinary tasks with efficiency and creativity

• Housekeeping/Cleaning experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication

• Comfortable in remote locations

• Thrive in a remote setting and a small team  

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs

• Dedication to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
