Civil Engineer / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution. This role requires a strong technical background in civil engineering combined with project management expertise to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a track record of managing infrastructure, land development, or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects including roads, drainage systems, buildings, and infrastructure developments.
  

• Manage all phases of project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction supervision, and closeout.
  

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  

• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, technical reports, and contract documents.
  

• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  

• Monitor progress and performance of projects, resolving issues proactively.
  

• Lead project teams and manage resources effectively.
  

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 2 years in a project management role.
  
• Proven experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and other relevant tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of local zoning laws, permitting processes, and civil design standards.
