Nursery Staff - Multiple positions

We are currently looking for Order Pickers, Truck Delivery Drivers and General Nursery Staff to assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery.

What do we look for in our people?

• No experience required but a great attitude is essential

• Fit and healthy

• Be available five days per week (Monday-Friday)

• Punctual and an interest in horticulture, conservation or arboriculture

• Polite and courteous

• Work well autonomously or within a team

• Have reliable transport

Beneficial attributes-

• Current Drivers License

• Horticulture experience

• Other vehicle Licenses or tickets

To be considered for a Truck Driver position you  will:

• Have a MR class license with a clean driving history.

• Knowledge of Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast areas advantageous.

• Be physically fit, able to lift stock of varying sizes

• Be dependable, reliable and punctual.

• Have efficient time management skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Have your own reliable transport.

• Have  a proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative, problem solve and work at times with limited supervision.

• Possess excellent communication skills and good customer service skills.
