Key responsibilities of the role:

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.

• Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

• Respond to phone calls and online enquiries with confidence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrate strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills to complete administrative tasks effectively.

• Adhere to practice policies, procedures, and protocols while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Assist with new patient enquiries, providing helpful information and fostering positive patient relationships.

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.

• Maintain accurate patient records and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience or knowledge of the dental industry is preferred.

• A caring, compassionate, and patient-focused approach, with a warm, friendly personality and a genuine willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a mature and professional approach to the workplace.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Highly organised, reliable, and punctual, with strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and accommodate varying work schedules when required.

This is initially a casual position for approximately three days per week and future Saturdays once training has completed.
