About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics Officer to support our Individual and Community Services (ICS) team. In this role, you will coordinate appointments, maintain participant information, support billing processes and help ensure our services run efficiently. Working closely with staff, families and stakeholders, you'll play an important role in supporting quality service delivery across the team.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate appointments and manage service bookings
Maintain accurate participant records and information
Support roster coordination and budget utilisation activities
Communicate with participants, families and internal stakeholders regarding service agreements and service delivery requirements
Assist with billing processes and administrative reporting
Provide support and training to staff in Salesforce rostering processes as required
Deliver high-quality administrative support to the ICS team and management
About you
Experience working with NDIS systems
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Experience maintaining databases, records and office systems
The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
Knowledge of the disability sector (desirable)
Working With Children Check (WWCC) relevant to your state
NDIS Worker Screening Check
