As our portfolio continues to grow across Sydney, we’re looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join our team and grow with us.

This is more than just another strata management role. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the Licensee, take ownership of your portfolio, develop your skills and, for the right person, progress into a senior or leadership position as the business continues to grow.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of strata schemes.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Owners Corporations, Committees and other stakeholders.

• Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, minutes and other strata documentation.

• Coordinating maintenance, compliance, insurance and general property matters.

• Organising and attending strata meetings.

• Providing proactive advice and practical solutions to clients.

• Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

• Contributing ideas and helping shape the continued growth of the business.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, organised and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You’ll ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager.

• A current Strata Licence (Class 1 or 2).

• Experience with StrataMax or a similar strata management platform.

• A strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong financial management skills, including preparing budgets and managing expenditure.

• A commitment to exceptional customer service and effective problem-solving.

• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your portfolio.

• A proactive, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

• Immediate availability is preferred, but we’re willing to consider the right candidate.
