Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying trends, opportunities, and business risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, design reporting solutions, improve data quality, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with business acumen and is passionate about using data to drive measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.Basic knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, relational databases, and data modeling principles is advantageous.Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.Strong understanding of KPI development, dashboard design, and business performance reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across teams, and maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
