About the role
YOUR IMPACT
Diabetes Victoria is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of the new Victorian Diabetes Clinical Network.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the development of this new network and lead innovation and improvements across the Victorian healthcare system.
This influential role will bring together clinicians, health service leaders, people with lived experience and other stakeholders to strengthen collaboration across the public health care system. You will develop the network’s work plan and coordinate initiatives designed to improve the quality, safety and equity of diabetes care across Victoria.
Reporting to the Health Policy and Research team, you will work closely with the network co-chairs, Steering Committee, diabetes health professionals, people with lived experience and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

You are an experienced health professional who can turn strategy into practical, sustainable action. You are skilled at bringing together people with different perspectives, building consensus and maintaining momentum across organisational boundaries.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a current Victorian Police Check, Working with Children Check and hold a valid driver’s licence.
