Physiotherapist

This role is for immediate start and could be a contractor role if you're keen to earn $$$, we have full client diaries and you'd step in and hit the ground running. Full time salaries include a fortnightly bonus based on target revenue that is easy to achieve with our busy clinic. Have fun, help people who want to be here, and be rewarded well for your efforts.

We are an Exercise Focused, Physiotherapy and EP company. Starting 8 years ago with one location we have now grown to 5 locations and counting. As a Physiotherapist working in the Movement Mill, a typical day will include seeing a 40-year-old office worker on workers comp, followed by 22-year-old rehabbing an ACL, and then running a class. We have open gym spaces where we talk to each other's clients and take having fun as one of our main tasks for the day. This is where your karaoke may come in handy...

Candidates must hold a Physiotherapy degree with AHPRA full registration and have private practice experience in Australia to be eligible for this position.

You will be busy/popular and need to manage your time and provide amazing experiences for your clients. You will need to be able to work with your teammates and actively seek referrals from the physios as well as meeting GPs and building your referral networks. Being proactive and self-motivated is a must. We provide a lot of support, training and 1 on 1 mentoring, but we also expect you to be committed to your own ongoing professional development. Attending 2-4 courses a year, as well as staying on top of the latest research and sharing with your team or running a PD event for Drs or your team. You will also complete projects, create blogs and social media posts. It's not for everyone, if you prefer to cruise or not take the initiative then we may not be the right fit and that's ok.

We love to hang out outside of work too. Tennis or golf can get a little competitive, but it's all in good spirit as well as a random Dinner or lunch after work, or a coffee before work.

The role is a permanent role, and your salary will be based on experience and range between $80,000 - $130,000 full time PA + potential for fortnightly bonuses. Or as a contractor you can earn even higher.

Ideally looking for a candidate with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience to be considered for this role, however for the right candidate we may make exceptions.
