Crunch Fitness is currently looking for Personal Trainers to join our clubs across NSW, with immediate opportunities at Mortdale, Rockdale, Bankstown and Dee Why, we also have openings across our wider Sydney network including Chatswood, Alexandria, Caringbah, Hoxton Park and Parramatta.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

• Train and grow your own book of clients using Crunch facilities and equipment
• Engage members on the gym floor and build genuine relationships that convert into training clients
• Deliver a high standard of coaching, programming and member care in line with Crunch’s culture
• Represent the Crunch brand and our No Judgments philosophy in every client interaction
• Partner with the club team on member engagement initiatives that help grow the floor

Qualities, Skills, and Experience You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Trainer with a genuine track record of client results
• An existing, active client base
• Current Certificate III & IV in Fitness
• Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $5M)
• Current First Aid certificate
• A passion for changing lives through health and fitness
