Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $36.14 - $41.11 per hour | Geelong West, VIC

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Geelong West, located at 151 Church Street, Geelong West VIC 3218, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
• Inspire and mentor Educators within your room
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
• Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences

What you'll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC
• Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• A collaborative and supportive leadership style
