In this role, you’ll be part of a close-knit credit control team that works closely with our branches and customers. You’ll assess new account applications, help make practical credit decisions and keep things moving through clear communication, sound judgement and a helpful approach.
Key Responsibilities
Review new account applications, including credit reports and risk assessments.Talk to customers and branches about account applications (approvals and declines), managing a mix of inbound and outbound calls.Work with our branch network to resolve account queries, including payments and invoicing.Set, monitor and update customer credit limits.Build trusted relationships with customers, branches and internal teams.
About You
You’re a clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with people.You bring credit experience, or experience in a similar role with transferable skills.You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office.You have strong attention to detail and can manage your time and priorities.You build strong working relationships across teams, branches, customers and stakeholders.You enjoy a busy environment and can stay calm when priorities change.You’re self-motivated, solutions-focused and comfortable working to deadlines.You’re curious, open to feedback and always looking for ways to learn and improve.
