Psychology in the Park is a nationally recognised psychology practice providing services across Berwick, Beaconsfield, and Victoria’s south-eastern suburbs. We support individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns in a warm, collaborative, and community-focused environment.
We are currently seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our growing team based in Berwick / Beaconsfield, Victoria.
What we offer

Full administrative and reception support, including:
Client intake, triage, and phone enquiries
Appointment bookings and reminders
Waitlist management
Billing and fee processing
Telehealth setup and support
Marketing support
Access to practice management software and assessment tools
Practitioner listing on the Psychology in the Park website
Flexible working arrangements – design your own schedule
Strong referral networks including local GPs, and private and community referrers
Steady flow of diverse client referrals across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults)
Options for both face-to-face and telehealth sessions
Training to expand your assessment and diagnostic skillset.
Regular group supervision and team building.
Supportive, professional, and collaborative team culture. The current team is warm, positive, and highly supportive, creating a welcoming environment for both clinicians and clients.
Ongoing supervision and mentorship from Dr Louise Steel and senior clinicians
