The Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in our Perth office. 

If you are a hands-on marketer with at least 3 years of experience who loves data, creativity, and executing campaigns that make a real difference, we want to hear from you. Working closely with our Leadership, Product and Design teams, you’ll bring marketing campaigns to life, create engaging content, support new product launches and help grow our reach within the education sector. 

This is a full-time role offering a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to help shape our digital presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad, hands-on marketing role.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience with and be passionate about:

• Delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Creating engaging social media content.

• Producing email newsletters and marketing automation campaigns.

• Translating technical information into insightful, aesthetically pleasing content for blog articles and website content - with an eagle-eye for spelling and grammar.

• Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Managing PPC campaigns and SEO.

• Monitoring analytics and driving optimisation.

• Maintaining consistent branding across all communications.

• Collaborating with internal teams to create high-quality marketing materials.

• Juggling multiple projects concurrently without compromising on quality.

• Campaign planning aligned with the Marketing Strategy

• Staying up to date with digital marketing trends and best practice 

Desirable:

• Qualification in Marketing or a related field is advantageous but not essential if suitably experienced. 

• Education sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

• Wordpress experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
