About the Position

This role requires the expertise of a Service Installation Team Leader, a professional with the savvy to lead and manage a team of installers. This is an opportunity to expand on your knowledge and branch out, testing and challenging yourself.

This position provides a unique opportunity for someone ready to move into a supervisory role that will work within data centers and construction sites, throughout VIC. In this role you will utilize your knowledge of all things electrical, whilst further developing your skills in electronic security.

You will be required to maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, including intruder alarms, access control and CCTV, providing services for our systems on sites that offers their own challenges

We will provide: 

• Full training in security systems such as Genetec, Gallagher, Integriti, is on offer, however, expertise in these and other systems will be the key to your success

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Service on various data centre sites.

• Lead and coordinate installation teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met

• Provide leadership and foster a positive team culture

• System checks and fault finding

• Maintaining Security Regulations and Standards: Which will include familiarity with industry-specific regulations standards and compliance requirements to ensure installations meet legal and regulatory expectations. 

Requirements: 

• 5 Years + Service experience ( Electrical or electronic based)

• Electrical trade qualification (Ideal but not critical)

• Open cablers license

• Driver’s License 

• Construction White Card or Relevant State Construction card (prepared to secure) 

• Security Lic and NV1 clearance must be able to attain
