Transport Administrator — Afternoon Shift

Coolway Trans | Glendenning, NSW | Full-time, permanent | Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Coolway Trans is a family-owned, 100% asset-based temperature-controlled carrier operating nationally. We're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Glendenning office on afternoon shift.

Straightforward role, busy office, good people. You'll work closely with the Depot Manager / Shift Supervisor and keep the paperwork side of the operation running clean.

What you'll be doing

• Linehaul paperwork and driver debriefs

• Local pick-up paperwork

• Checking PODs against driver runsheets

• Customer service — phone and email enquiries

• Supporting the Depot Manager/Shift Supervisor with general office duties

What you'll need

• Previous transport industry experience (essential)

• Good attention to detail — paperwork needs to be right

• Comfortable working afternoon shift

• Solid communication skills
