Supervisor - Barista

We're open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, then open up our dinner service from Thursday through Sunday, opening 6am -10pm.

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor who is a talented Barista to support our managers in leading and organising our FOH team. This position will be responsible for opening the venue 5 days a week at 5:30am - so you have to love an early morning start and be a gun on the coffee machine. The role is hands-on, focused on shift support, staff guidance, service standards, and delivering strong guest experiences. This position requires an approved managers red card, valid RSA, Food Safety Certificate, outstanding communication skills, a great attitude and a love of teamwork and hospitality.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2+ years supervisory experience to be considered for this role.
