Yard Hand

Adelaide Vehicle Centre is seeking a dedicated Yard Hand, to join our dynamic team at multiple yards.  As a Yard Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dealership operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Organise and maintain the dealership's vehicle inventory in the yard and Various Ad Hoc tasks when required.

• Preparation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fuelled, vacuuming of vehicles and preparation of sold cars for delivery to customers.

• Organisation: Maintain a tidy and well-organised yard to facilitate easy access to vehicles.

• Assistance: Provide support to sales and service teams as needed, including moving vehicles and assisting with customer deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• You would be a hard worker that is punctual, reliable and MUST have an eye for detail.

• Experience in a similar role would be highly desired

• Basic knowledge of vehicles and their operations is a plus.

• Have the ability to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles

• Must have a current valid driver’s licence.

• Fit and healthy

• We seek an individual with a current clear National Police Clearance

• Must have availability to work Monday to Friday
