Factory Supervisor-cabinet making

King Kitchen and cabinets is looking for an Experienced factory Supervisor to overses the day-to-day operations of our Cabinet-making factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising factory staff, organising daily production,allocating work, monitoring job progress and ensuring all the cabinets are manufactured to a high sytandard and completed on time. You will work closely with management, cabinet makers and installer to keep production running smoothly, resolve any factory issues and ensure materials are available when required.

What we are looking for:-

• Experience in cabinet making, joinery or kitchen manufacturing
• Previous supervisor or team leader experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skill with good knowledge of cabinet production.
• Strong attention to details
• Reliable and able to take resposibility for the factroy's daily operations.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week

Work Location: In person
