Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

You will be the key link between our Procurement function, warehouse team and distribution, making sure products move efficiently from supplier delivery through to assembly, packing and final dispatch. You will spend part of your day coordinating the operation — and part of your day doing the work alongside the team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily warehouse workload and set priorities.

• Work closely with Procurement to track incoming goods and identify shortages or delays.

• Receive and check incoming deliveries.

• Pick products and prepare customer and project orders.

• Assemble commercial furniture and components.

• Pack and protect furniture for transport.

• Load trucks, vans and delivery vehicles.

• Coordinate dispatches and transport collections.

• Check orders before they leave the warehouse.

• Allocate work to warehouse and casual staff.

About you

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, furniture or a similar environment.

• Previous experience coordinating warehouse activities or a small team.

• Furniture assembly or strong practical skills.

• Experience with picking, packing and loading.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• The ability to prioritise multiple jobs and deadlines.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• You will possess a current forklift licence and forklift experience.

• Desirable - Medium Rigid Licence to occasionally drive our 3 tonne and 4.5 tonne trucks.

• Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
