Step into a leadership role with a global retail business. As the Assistant Store Manager at our Birkenhead Point store, you’ll be a key driver of the customer experience, supporting the Store Manager and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results every day.

As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be a role model on the shop floor and a trusted partner to the Store Manager. You will:

• Lead by example on the sales floor with authentic, premium service

• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a seamless customer journey

• Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding store targets

• Analyse daily/weekly performance and identify opportunities to improve results

• Support with onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of team members

• Ensure that visual merchandising and brand guidelines are consistently implemented

Your profile:

You are passionate about retail, people and performance. You bring:

• Previous experience as Supervisor / Team Leader / Keyholder / Assistant Manager (ideally in fashion or premium retail)

• Natural ability to connect with customers and deliver a best-in-class service experience

• A hands-on leader who can inspire, coach and support a team

• Confident working and driving Key Performance Indicators

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle and customer experience is an advantage
