The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will;Lead the Low Level Controls team on full project life cycle engineering of PLC and control systems design, development, implementation and commissioning onsiteLead complex projects, coaching and mentoring engineersContribute to the continuous improvement of control systems processes
Skills and Experience Required
You are a natural engineer who enjoys the challenge of creating complex solutions for demanding clients. It is essential you bring:Tertiary qualifications in EngineeringProven success in a leadership position5 years+ of complex Industrial Automation solutions, ideally in Materials Handling such as Parcel Sortation, Conveyor Systems, etcDesign of complex control systems architectures and specifications for controls systemsDevelopment of control system code, providing expertise in programming languages, standards and toolsAbility to prepare and present complex technical dataAnalytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
