As a Sales Consultant in our Nunawading showroom, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your expertise in interior design will enable you to provide tailored solutions to our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and product knowledge. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation as a leader in the retail industry, and you will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior design products.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilise computer systems and MS applications to manage sales transactions and customer data.
• Monitor showroom displays and stock levels to ensure an appealing shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Interior Design.
• Experience in showroom sales or retail environment.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Proven working experience in retail sales.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency with MS applications.
