About the role
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and/or community settings.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptable, person-centred, and passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives.

You will be supporting participants with a range of psychosocial, behavioural, and daily living support needs, with a strong focus on promoting independence, capacity building, and positive outcomes.
Shifts may include:
Morning, afternoon and weekend shifts
SIL home supports
Community access and engagement
Emotional and behavioural support
Assistance with daily living tasks and personal care
Experience working within Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours
Understanding of psychosocial disability and trauma-informed support
Ability to follow Behaviour Support Plans and implement positive behaviour support strategies
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
PART training
Mental health support experience
Medication competency
Experience with restrictive practice protocols
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Community Services
Current Australian Driver Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
