Position Title: Full-time Accountant

Annual Salary: A$80,000 + Superannuation

Alpha Corporate Property Services, one of the leading property management companies based in Dandenong, Victoria, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant for an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports including the profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Responsible for financial reporting and analysis on portfolios forecast and actual financial performance.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and payments as well as reconciliation of GST outgoings and incomings.
• Prepare month end report, manage accounts receivable/ payable.
• Develop, implement and keep updated all financial policies and procedures including internal control procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports to support financial

planning.

• Liaise with external auditors by preparing requested documentation and resolving queries during audits.
• Process payroll-related accounts in compliance with internal controls.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, contributing to internal control improvements.

Skill & Experience

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum master’s degree in accounting.
• A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience is mandatory and preferably within facility management industry
• In depth experience in Sage & MYOB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Good team player.
