What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of regular maintenance rounds, ensuring each site is completed to AHLG’s high standards.
• Lead and support a diverse crew of team members, guiding them to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding to keep gardens looking schmick.
• Basic irrigation repairs
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to keep them at their best.
• Apply fertilisers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed, following safety protocols and regulations.
• Remove debris, such as leaves and branches, from garden areas to keep them tidy.
• Monitor and report any signs of plant disease, pest infestation, or other issues affecting plant health.
• Client relations
• Getting involved in a-grade banter
• Cooking an elite barbie with the team at the end-of-month BBQ’s

What we're after:

• Certificate III in Horticulture preferred, not essential.
• Solid experience in residential horticulture, including the above tasks.
• A true problem solver – being able to address challenges and obstacles encountered.
• A team player – the ability to work on your own or as part of a team, while making our client’s lives better.
