The RoleThe Group Finance and Admin Manager will lead financial performance, including billing, reporting, and analysis for BWH Hotels Australasia, partnering closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, they will lead the Administration function for BWH, including HR services.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsOwn budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningProvide commercial analysis and insight to support business decisionsManage and develop a small finance teamEnsure compliance with statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirementsPartner with hotel owners and regional stakeholders on financial billing.Drive process improvements and financial systems optimisation
About YouCA/CPA qualified or equivalent5 + years' finance experience, ideally in hospitality, franchising, or multi-site businessesStrong technical accounting and financial modelling skillsProven leadership and stakeholder management experienceAdvanced Excel; experience with Sun or NetSuite system.Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen including contract management
