Gaming TAB Attendants

About the role

Berwick Springs Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Gaming & TAB Attendants to join our team!

We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in creating a great experience for our guests.

This role operates across a 7-day rotating roster, so flexibility to work a mix of morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts is essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering friendly and exceptional customer service to our guests

• Carrying out Gaming and TAB duties efficiently and professionally

• Practising Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Gambling in accordance with relevant legislation

• Accurately handling cash transactions, reconciliations and daily balancing

• Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our customers

• Working closely with the wider venue team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About you:

• Previous hospitality, gaming or TAB experience is advantageous, but not essential

• Current RSA and RSG are required

• Gaming and TAB experience/knowledge will be highly regarded

• Confident with cash handling and attention to detail

• Friendly, reliable and comfortable engaging with customers

• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and overnight shifts

• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
