Student Support & Administration Officer |

The role

Full time, Tuesday to Saturday, split across our Blacktown and Liverpool campuses. You’ll be the first point of contact for students — the person who makes their experience smooth from enquiry through to graduation.

What you’ll do

• Greet and assist students at reception, in person, by phone and email

• Handle enrolments, student records and database entry [e.g. aXcelerate/VETtrak]

• Support students with course questions, timetables, USI and payment queries

• Assist trainers with classroom setup, resources and attendance

• General admin: filing, ordering supplies, keeping the campus organised

• Escalate student welfare or academic concerns to the right staff member

About you

• Previous admin, reception or customer service experience (education sector a plus)

• Warm, patient manner — you enjoy helping people

• Strong written and verbal English; confident with Microsoft Office

• Organised and able to juggle a busy front desk

• Available Tuesday to Saturday and willing to work across both campuses

• Own transport preferred

• [Second language such as Arabic, Hindi or Punjabi highly regarded]

• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
