Accounts Officer

$75k to $80k annual salary package plus subsidised housing. Wages depending on experience and qualifications.

• takes care of the financial bookkeeping and records of an organization.

• work with other professionals in the accounting department like the Finance Manager and the external accountant to make sure the company’s finances are accurately recorded.

• Creating and processing invoices

• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

• Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable

• Sending bills and invoices to clients

• Tracking organization expenses

• Processing refunds

• Working with collection agencies on overdue payments

• Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

• Managing petty cash and staff expenses.

Finance/ Office Manager

$80k to $95k annual salary package plus subsidised housing. Wages depending on experience and qualifications. 

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s financial including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.

• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.

Truck Driver/Multi Skilled Technician

 $70k to $80k annual salary package plus subsidised housing in a shared house. Wages depending on experience and qualifications. 

• Dealing directly with customers, Driving the rubbish truck Monday to Friday and weekend rotated shift

• Truck Maintenance and report of any issues

• Sani bin service

• Yard clean up

• Night fogging

• Other jobs like freight pick up, delivery of bins, labour jobs eg.digging holes etc

• Lawn mowing, tree trimming

Skills and Requirements

Must hold a current Manual and HR vehicle license. Trustworthy and reliable with good time management . Ability to assist in other duties required for the role. Clean driving history Experience with Waste Truck is an advantage; Rear Loader Hook Lift Front Lift Side Arm. 

Contracts Admin

Contracts Admin is responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts on behalf of an organisation. The overall role of a Contracts Admin is to ensure that all parties fulfill the particular directives and standards in a contract. 

• Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs and projects and responding to any concerns or queries.

• Supervise and manage work (and variations to work orders) undertaken by contractors.

• Liaise with subcontractors, material suppliers, and trades,  to ensure that goals and schedules are met.

$65k to $75k annual salary package plus subsidised housing in a shared house. Wages depending on experience and qualifications. 

Welder

Our company needs an experienced Welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. Responsibilities and duties ;

•  Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand 
•  Perform MIG, TIG and other types of weld based on project needs 
•  Field install welds, including duct work, light fixtures, vents, fans, metal sheeting and other parts 
•  Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instructions 
•  Coordinate with field labour crew for efficient installations 
•  Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction 
•  De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture 
 

Wage is between $70k to $80k annually. Wage depending on Qualifications and experience. This position comes with a heavily subsidised housing - in a share house.

SENIOR PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN-  $75k to 80k salary package inc rent free accommodation in a shared house. Wages depending on experience and qualifications.

A qualified pest control technician should be confident in their ability to handle multiple duties and responsibilities on any given workday. The primary responsibility of a pest control technician is to detect and eliminate unwelcome pests from homes and businesses. Some specific pest control technician duties include: 

• Conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate dangerous pests

• Offering sound advice on both chemical and natural pest control remediation options

• Providing estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance

• Setting traps for rodents

• Spraying perimeters of homes and structures for termites, ants and other insects

• Safe and efficient removal of wasp, hornet and bees nests

• Laying down bait pellets to eliminate rats and mice

• Covering holes with foam, mesh and wood to hinder rodent entry

• Recommending products and services for effective pest control

TRUCK MECHANIC

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on trucks, such as checking batteries and changing oil to ensure proper vehicle running

• Inspect various parts of trucks, including brake systems, wheel bearings and steering mechanisms to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate effectively

• Use different tools and equipment, such as pressure gauges, pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, screwdrivers, hoists and jacks, to repair trucks while constantly utilizing safety precautions

• Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devises such as motor analyzers, handheld computers and chassis charts to determine how to address problems

• Test drive vehicles to ensure they are running properly and to find issues to determine what the solution will be

• Replace parts, valves, bearings and gears as needed and repair vehicle cooling and heating systems

• Measure vehicle emissions to ensure they are in the proper limits

• Ensure parts conform to factory specifications by inspecting and verifying clearances and dimensions

Wage is between $75k to $85k annual salary package. Wage depending on Qualifications and experience. This position comes with a heavily subsidised housing - in a share house. 

Skills and qualifications:

• Technical certification or degree

• Experience working with diagnostic computers

• Previous experience as a diesel mechanic
