About The Role

Chubb Fire & Security Australia is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Support Specialist to support our service and operational teams in Salisbury on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order processing, billing, and customer portal administration while working across multiple enterprise systems.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high‑volume environment, values process accuracy, and enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Portal Administration

Maintain and manage third‑party customer portals.Upload compliance documents such as certificates and insurance documentation.Submit claims and invoices through customer portals when required.

Operations & Administrative Support

Provide transactional administrative support aligned with operational processes.Ensure system data accuracy and adherence to defined service levels and process controls.

Systems & Technology You Will Regularly Work With

Microsoft Dynamics (Field Service)ProntoZohoMicrosoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
