• $79,125 - $164,282 plus 15.4% superannuation
• Positions may be offered in one of the ten CDPP offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Townsville.

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth) (CDPP)  Register of Interest | Corporate and Enabling Services allows experienced corporate professionals to register an interest in opportunities with the CDPP. 

The register is open across the APS Level 4 to Executive Level 2 classifications for applicants interested in:

• Ongoing and Temporary Transfer opportunities under Section 26 of the Public Service Act 1999; or
• Non-Ongoing opportunities for an initial period of up to 12 months with the option to extend to a total period of 18 months.

About the CDPP

The CDPP is Australia’s federal independent prosecution service established by Parliament to prosecute alleged offences against Commonwealth law. We aim to provide an effective, ethical, high quality and independent criminal prosecution service for the nation in accordance with the Prosecution Policy of the Commonwealth.

The Enabling Services Group (ESG) supports the work of the CDPP national litigation practices providing a range of corporate functions, all managed by highly qualified and experienced APS professionals.

All employees at CDPP are required to obtain/maintain a satisfactory police check and a Baseline security clearance (higher levels for specific roles). Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
