Some of your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Prepare detailed budget estimates on scopes of works.
• Prepare tender submissions.
• Manage database of actual cost/estimating unit rates, suppliers and subcontractors
• Contribute to post project reviews.

To be considered you must

• Minimum of 5 years within a similar role
• Tertiary qualifications within Construction, Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent business acumen and attention to detail
