We specialise in building beautiful outdoor spaces — from paving and retaining walls to turf, garden beds, and high-quality hardscaping. About the Role

As Team Leader, you'll manage and carry out all aspects of landscape construction across the Mornington Peninsula. You'll guide, mentor, and work alongside our hardworking all-female crew on-site, ensuring every job is delivered to an exceptional standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding, mentoring, and working alongside our on-site crew

• Delivering excellent results in paving, retaining walls, turf, garden beds, and hardscaping

• Coordinating materials, tools, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule

• Reading and interpreting plans and project specifications

• Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, and management

• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

About You

• We are specifically looking for a hardworking female to lead our all-female landscaping crew

• Certificate III or IV in Landscaping

• Solid hands-on experience in landscape construction and hardscaping, with previous leadership or site management experience

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and plants

• Ability to work confidently from landscape plans and drawings

• Current driver's licence and White Card

• Machinery tickets (Excavator/Bobcat) are a big bonus

• Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship

• Takes initiative, solves problems on the fly, and works just as well independently as leading a team

• Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
