Property Services and Operations is responsible for delivering reactive and planned maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of ACT Government-owned and managed properties. The team works closely with government directorates, contractors and service providers to ensure public assets are maintained, compliant, safe and fit for purpose.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Coordination Officer to join the Property Maintenance team. This role supports the procurement and contract management of maintenance, construction and trade services that enable the effective operation, maintenance and upgrade of ACT Government properties.
Working in a fast-paced operational environment, you will assist with the coordination of procurement activities across the procurement lifecycle, including planning, market engagement, tender processes, evaluation activities, contract establishment and mobilisation. You will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant and value-for-money procurement outcomes.
You will also contribute to procurement governance, reporting, contract administration, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with ACT Government procurement policies and legislative requirements.

Note: This is temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of permanency.
