Retail Store Representative

Adaptive Equipment is a leading provider of Mobility Aids (healthcare equipment).

We are expanding our business and looking for an enthusiastic Retail Store Sales Representative to join our team in Waterford West.

In this role, you will work with a store supervisor and will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers mostly on the phone, via email and in person. 

This position is available for immediate start.

Location: Waterford West, QLD 4133

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries on the phone, via email and in person

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals

• Serve customers and help them choose mobility equipment

• Monitor and analyse sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Generate quotes and invoices

• Pack and dispatch orders to customers

• Manage stock levels

• Keep the store clean, organised, and professional

Requirements:

• Physically fit to lift items weighing upto 17 kilograms

• Experience in retail

• Passion for working in the Retail industry and to help people with mobility issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Provide police clearance
