AI Solutions Analyst

Dreamworld is looking for an AI Solutions Analyst to join our Information Technology team and help turn real business challenges into practical, well-governed AI solutions across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting close to the problem, understanding what teams actually need, and then building, testing and supporting the solution themselves.
Using approved platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT Business, you will help us make generative AI useful, safe and genuinely valuable across the organisation.

What’s the gig?

Reporting to the Business Systems Solutions Manager, you will work with teams across the business to understand operational challenges, translate requirements into clear solution briefs and identify the right solution — including when AI isn’t the answer.

You will build and configure AI-supported solutions, workflows and automations, test and refine them with users, document what you create and support adoption through practical training and guidance.
You will also play an important role in ensuring every solution meets our Generative AI Usage Policy, data governance and security requirements.

What we need from you

You will bring 3–6 years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis or a similar role bridging business and technology, plus hands-on workplace experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
You will be confident gathering requirements, designing workflows, prompt engineering, testing solutions with users and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Platform, scripting, Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Power BI would be well regarded.
Most importantly, you will bring curiosity, sound judgement and the ability to recognise both where AI can add value — and where it shouldn’t be used.
