The Role

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the passionate team; you will be working alongside a dedicated team of 20+ chefs. If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-end brasserie or restaurant
• Proven experience in a similar role within well-regarded venues
• A background in well-structured kitchens, with strong foundations and attention to detail
• Ideally, exposure to European kitchens or cuisine
• Confident running the pastry section and working autonomously
• Strong time management and a genuine understanding of cooking from scratch
• Calm, composed and consistent under pressure
• Excellent communication skills — you'll be a key voice in the kitchen
• A genuine desire to grow, develop and take the next step in your career
