About the role

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our growing Sydney field collections team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their financial situations, discuss their outstanding debt, and help them set up realistic, manageable repayment plans.

This isn't a desk job – you’ll be out meeting clients, building rapport, and delivering outcomes that work for everyone.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers face to face and over the phone to set up sustainable repayment plans.

• Building a rapport with a wide range of customers – even in tough conversations.

• Monitoring repayment plans and following up when payments stop or default.

• Travelling to meet customers across Australia.

• Making sure all the records and systems are kept in line with our Code of Conduct.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional people skills and can build rapport with anyone

• Handles sensitive conversations with confidence, professionalism, and empathy

• Brings strong negotiation and problem-solving ability

• Is self-motivated and results-driven

• Has sales, collections, customer service, or field-based experience (a bonus, not required)

• Can work 47 hours per week.

• Can travel nationally one week per month

Requirements

• Full, clean Australian driver's licence.

• Clean criminal history.

• Must be proficient with email and mobile applications as part of basic technology requirements.

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position.
