Pinnacle Sales Group is a growing Sydney sales and marketing company operating across two face-to-face sales divisions. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join an energetic field team representing established Australian not-for-profit organisations through community-based campaigns.

You’ll work across different Sydney locations, meet new people every day and build genuine rapport through real conversations.

It’s a social, active and people-focused role...ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, meeting new people and working as part of a team.

What you’ll receive

• $37–$47 per hour, depending on experience and progression

• Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

• Realistic earning potential of $80K–$120K+ OTE

• Fully paid training from your first day

• Daily coaching and practical communication development

• Full-time Monday–Friday hours with shorter Fridays

• No weekend work required

• Inspire suitable customers to provide ongoing support

• Work toward individual and team performance targets

• Apply daily coaching and continually improve your communication

• Represent Pinnacle and our charity partners to a high standard

Who we’re looking for

• Respond well to direct coaching and constructive feedback

• Take punctuality, presentation and reliability seriously

• Are available full-time Monday–Friday

• Can commute to Surry Hills and work across Sydney locations

Experience is valuable, but attitude, communication, reliability and the willingness to improve matter most.
